Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard is the revision of CJ/T 323-2010 "UHMW polyethylene steel skeleton composite pipe", compared with CJ/T 323-2010 the main technical changes are as follows.

--- Standard name was revised as "UHMWPE steel skeleton composite pipe";

--- Modify the 3.1 pipe in the definition;

--- Modify the 4.2 "example" part of the content;

--- Remove the 5.1 "structure" content, replace "Figure 2" and as "structure" content, delete 5.1.2 and 5.1.3;

--- Modify the contents of 5.2.1, 5.2.2, 5.2.3 and 5.2.4;

--- Change 6.1 in Table 1 and Table 2;

--- Modify the contents of 6.2, an increase of Table 3;

--- Modify Table 6.3 in Table 4 and the temperature range of representation, delete the "70 °C ~ 80 °C" correction factor, modify the "60 °C ~ 70 °C "range of" 60 °C < temperature (t) <= 65 °C ";

--- Canceled the 6.4 "diameter reduction processing";

--- Modify 7.2 Table 6 in the working temperature "<= 80" to "<= 65", "<= 60" to "<= 40", and adjusted to 6.6;

--- In 7.3.2 added "color bar requirements" and adjusted to 7.2.2;

--- Appendix A is adjusted to Appendix B, add Appendix A;

--- Removed Appendix C;

--- Appendix B is adjusted to Appendix C and "hot melt performance table" to "adhesive resin performance table";

--- Appendix D changes.
