Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces CJ/T 288-2008 "Prefabricated Double Stainless Steel Flue and Chimney". Major technological changes compared to CJ/T 288-2008 as follows.

--- Added the definition of "corners", "bridge" and "waist" (see 3.7, 3.8, 3.11);

--- Added classification (see 4.1);

--- Increased requirements and test methods for rectangular sections (see Chapter 5, Chapter 6);

--- Increased requirements for interface of reserved monitoring and purification equipment (see 5.1.5.2);

--- Increased sealing material requirements (see 5.2.8);

--- Increased thermal insulation requirements (see 6.5.2);

--- Increased waterproof penetration requirements (see 6.8);

--- Added requirements for installation documents and operating instructions (see 9.2);

--- Modify the limits of smoke temperature in the range (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the 2008 edition);

--- Modify the definition of "prefabricated double stainless steel flue and chimney" (see 3.1, 3.2, 3.1 of 2008 edition);

--- Modify the terms and definitions of "pipe fittings" and "bellows expansion joints" (see 3.4, 3.5, 3.2, and 3.3 of the 2008 edition);

--- Revised model numbering (see 4.2, Chapter 4 of the 2008 edition);

--- Modify the requirements of the coupling section of the stent section (see 5.2.6, 5.1.6 of the 2008 edition);

This standard is proposed by the Institute of Standardization of Housing and Urban-Rural Development Standards.

This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Gas Standardization Technical Committee of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the classification and type, structure and material, requirements, test methods, inspection rules of prefabricated double-layer stainless steel flue and chimney.

Signs, installation documents and instructions for use, packaging, transportation and storage.

This standard is applicable to prefabricated double-layer stainless steel smoke emitted from flue gas of gas-fired and oil-fired equipment that does not exceed 650°C.

3 Terms and Definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

Prefabricated double stainless steel flue factory-madedoublestainlesssteelflue Flue Horizontally installed double stainless steel pipes prefabricated at the factory, transported to the construction site, and directed to the chimneys of the combustion equipment Road, referred to as the flue.

Note. From the plane of the flange of the smoke outlet of the combustion equipment to the vertical central axis of the three-port chimney, the section is collectively referred to as the flue. The flue can also be used as the main flue, branch flue, and phase.

Barrel body

A tubular body formed from a stainless steel flat plate that forms a chimney or flue tube section.

Note. The cylinder body is divided into an inner cylinder and an outer cylinder body. The two ends of the inner cylinder body have a common connecting flange. The basic cross-sectional shape is round and rectangular, and the appropriate position has increased.
