This standard is CJ/T 262-2007 "water supply and drainage with buried valve" amendment, this standard compared with CJ/T 262-2007, the main to technical changes are as follows.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the urban water supply and drainage with buried valve (hereinafter referred to as the valve) terms and definitions, structure type, model, material, to Seeking, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging and storage and transportation.

This standard applies to the nominal size DN50 ~ DN900, nominal pressure PN10 ~ PN25, the medium temperature is not greater than 80 °C, flange or bearing Plug connection type; ductile iron shell, directly buried in the ground and the depth of not more than 5m town water supply and drainage with direct buried gate.
