Foreword

This standard is the revision of CJ/T 189-2004, the main reference in the revision of GB/T 13663-2000 "polyethylene for water supply (PE) pipes ", GB/T 13663.2-2005" Polyethylene (PE) pipelines for water supply - Part 2. Fittings "and GB 15558.1-2003 Buried Polyethylene (PE) Gas Pipeline Systems Part 1. Pipe and GB 15558.2-2005 Gas Buried polyethylene (PE) piping systems Part 2. Pipe fittings "and other national standards.

This standard from the date of implementation instead of CJ/T 189-2004 "steel mesh plastic skeleton (polyethylene) composite pipe", and CJ/T 189-2004 Comparison of the main changes as follows.

--- Standard name was revised as. Chinese "steel mesh plastic skeleton (polyethylene) composite pipe and fittings";

English "Steelwirereinforcedthermoplastics (PE) compositepipeandfitting";

--- English abbreviation "PSP" revised as "SRTP";

--- Increase in the standard pipe content, divided into three types of pipe fittings and steel mesh skeleton plastic (polyethylene) composite pipe supporting the use of;

--- The scope has been revised;

--- Reference to "normative references" has been revised;

--- A separate chapter on the preparation of the material, and removed the "PE-RT, PP-R" material content, an increase of hot-melt adhesive pipe technology Index

--- For the original pressure level. "ordinary tube" and "strengthen the tube" two series of composite pipe, revised as. "water, special fluid pipe" 7 Pressure level, "gas pipe" 5 pressure levels;

--- Press the revised pipe wall thickness, wire diameter and the number of steel;

--- The temperature and pressure correction factor was revised, the temperature 60 °C as the upper limit;

--- In Chapter 5 and Chapter 6 removed the "gas-resistant properties of components" requirements and tests, and an increase of "hydrostatic stability of the composite layer Sexual, thermal stability, melt mass flow rate "requirements and test content;

--- The "composite pipe storage period of not more than two years," canceled.
