Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard is CJ/T 106-1999 "urban living garbage production and prediction methods" revision, this standard and CJ/T 106-1999 compared to the main technical content changes are as follows.

--- Standard name was changed to "calculate the amount of domestic waste generated and forecasting methods";

--- Modify the scope of application (see Chapter 1, 1999 edition of Chapter 1);

--- Adjust the normative references (see Chapter 2, 1999 edition Chapter 2);

--- Adjust the terms and definitions (see Chapter 3, 1999 edition Chapter 3);

--- Perfecting the sampling method of calculating the amount of domestic waste generated (see 4.1, Chapter 5 of the 1999 edition);

--- Increase the car tonnage method, the actual tonnage method of two kinds of garbage production method (see 4.2 ~ 4.3);

--- Improve the forecast method of domestic waste generated by a linear regression prediction method (see 5.2, 1999 edition of Chapter 6);

--- Increase the rate of growth and multivariate linear regression prediction method of two kinds of household waste production forecasting methods (see 5.1 and 5.3);

--- Increasing the amount of garbage generation calculation and forecasting methods (see Chapter 6);

--- Added appendix (see Appendix A ~ Appendix D).

3 Terms and definitions

Load factor loadcoefficient Domestic garbage transport vehicles, the actual loading capacity and the ratio of the rated load weight, also known as car tonnage conversion factor.

Domestic waste generation forecast municipalsolidwastegenerationquantityforecasting According to the status quo of domestic solid waste generation, combined with the analysis of the amount of domestic solid waste and the influencing factors of domestic solid waste generation, the amount of household garbage generated at some point in the future.

Base year thebaseyear the year in which the forecast starts is mostly the year in which the current status data is used.

Forecast year theforecastingyear the year against which the forecast is based is for any year of the forecast horizon.

Estimated years theyearsahead the number of years between the forecast year and the base year.

4 Domestic waste generation method of calculation

4.1 Sampling method

4.1.1 Selection and determination of sampling points

4.1.1.1 The sampling points for the amount of household garbage generated from the survey shall be set at the source of domestic waste and the source of household garbage generated in the surveyed area to distinguish between categories should be divided according to Table 1.
