The drop performance test shall be Smooth, hardened, level surface without sharp objects (such as calendered cement floor or terrazzo floor, etc.). The drop test should be carried out under the high pressure of the product 48h after sterilization. Five filled individually packaged samples shall be taken for testing, and each sample shall be dropped once. After the drop test on the package Pack the sample for visual inspection, and the 5 packages used for testing shall be free of leakage or rupture.

The test sample should be treated according to the specified time and temperature to achieve its sterilization effect (up to 130 °C), for example, the packaging should be used according to the the food manufacturers of the materials process the processing of their commercial products. Priority should be given to the use of the food manufacturer's product after filling the actual food.
Type packaging products are used as test samples. If the sample cannot be obtained, the sample package filled with water from the packaging material manufacturer can be used for testing.
The test should be operable, and if the results are inconsistent, the test results of the actual filled food sample package shall prevail. 10 filled individual should be taken Test the heat resistance of the vertical packaging samples. After the samples are processed, visually check whether the packaging has obvious deformation, peeling between layers, peeling of heat-sealed parts, etc.
Abnormal phenomenon, 10 samples should pass the heat resistance test.
6 Inspection Rules
6.1 Batch
