1 Foreword

BB/T 0053-2023 was issued by Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China on 21 April 2023 and has been in force since 1 November 2023.

2 Scope

This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of in-mold labels. This standard applies to in-mold labels made of plastic film. In-mold labels made of other materials can be implemented as a reference. This standard does not apply to in-mold electronic labels.
