Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces BB/T 0015-1999 "Pulp Molded Egg Tray". Compared with BB/T 0015-1999, except for editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

---Deleted the definition of pulp molding and egg tray (see 3.1 and 3.2 of the 1999 edition);

---Added the definition of pulp molded egg tray (see 3.1);

--- Deleted product classification (see Chapter 4 of the 1999 edition);

---Added the structure and model (see Chapter 4);

---Added dimensional deviation regulations (see 5.2);

---The provision of quality deviation has been added (see 5.3);

--- The requirements for moisture in physical and mechanical properties have been revised and changed to requirements for moisture content (see 5.4, 5.5 in the 1999 edition);

---Modified the standard environment for sample adjustment and testing (see 6.1, 6.9 in the 1999 edition);

---Added the test method of dimensional deviation (see 6.3);

---Added the test method of quality deviation (see 6.4);

---Modified the test method of moisture content (see 6.5, 6.5 in 1999 edition);

---Modified the name of the pressure resistance, changed to the amount of compression deformation, and modified the test method (see 6.7, 1999 edition of 6.7);

---Modified the brittleness determination method (see 6.8, 6.8 of the 1999 edition);

---Modified the sampling method (see 7.3, 7.2.2 of the 1999 edition);

--- Amended Appendix A (see Appendix A, Appendix A of the 1999 edition).

1 Scope

This standard specifies the structure and model, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and Store.

This standard applies to pulp molded egg trays (hereinafter referred to as egg trays).

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions defined in BB/T 0045 apply to this document.

A tray that uses pulp as a raw material and is made by a molding method with a predetermined geometric shape for holding eggs.
